Duty Point Review
Pressure in bar, flow in L min, shaft speed in rpm and fluid viscosity are checked before any motor or gear pump suggestion leaves the desk.
SVC-D service path
HYDAC support is organized around the way maintenance planners and OEM engineers work: identify the duty point, confirm pressure and cleanliness risk, then release a documented part path.
Each support lane keeps catalog data compact while still preserving the numbers required for review.
Pressure in bar, flow in L min, shaft speed in rpm and fluid viscosity are checked before any motor or gear pump suggestion leaves the desk.
Filter element beta rating, differential pressure indicators and ISO 4406 targets are mapped to the proposed drive package.
Mounting pilot, port thread, bolt circle, coupling hub and available envelope space are compared against the machine drawing.
Legacy units are reviewed by function and duty, not by vague interchange claims, with replacement risk called out in plain notes.
For a mobile crane, injection molding press or steel plant hydraulic station, the first service question is rarely "which brand." It is whether the selected motor, pump, valve and filter can hold the duty cycle without pushing contamination or heat into the rest of the circuit. HYDAC service documents therefore start with the mechanical and hydraulic limits that matter to a drawing reviewer: continuous and peak pressure, expected rpm range, case drain conditions, ambient temperature and whether the hydraulic oil is monitored by differential pressure or sampled on a fixed interval. This keeps catalog support useful for both planned procurement and plant-down replacement work.
When a part is being replaced, the review compares interface conditions before price. Shaft type, SAE flange, BSPP or metric port, cartridge cavity, seal material and available envelope length are checked against the existing installation. If a request involves an accumulator or pressure filter, precharge, volume, beta rating and ISO 4406 cleanliness class are documented so the maintenance team can see what changed. For OEM projects, the same information becomes a clean handoff package for purchasing, quality and the drawing release team.
Send the duty point, oil grade, pressure class and interface sketch. We will return the document set needed for a controlled hydraulic drive decision.
